The campaign committee of Republican Party candidate Tracey Robert Mann, Mann for Congress, refunded $1,000 to Bart Briggs on April 27, according to the Federal Election Commission (FEC).

According to the FEC data, the following reason was listed for the refunded expenditure: 'Contribution refund to an individual, partnership or limited liability company'.

Mann for Congress refunded $60,000 total since November 1, 2019.
