The campaign committee of Republican Party candidate Tracey Robert Mann, Mann for Congress, refunded $100 to Mark Dings on Aug. 30, according to the Federal Election Commission (FEC).

FEC data shows the refunded expenditure was for: "Contribution to political committees (other than Super PACs and Hybrid PACs) from an individual, partnership or limited liability company."

Mann for Congress has refunded $201,700 total since March 1.
