Census Bureau: More men than women in Kansas in 2020

Of the 153,014 people living in Kansas in 2020, 49.9 percent (76,278) were women and 50.1 percent (76,736) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the NC Kansas News.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by 1,039. In the 65 and over age range, there were 10,313 females and 8,195 males.
