On Monday, Feb. 24, former Beloit Junior-Senior High School standout Haleigh Pearson’s college team won in an NCAA Division II softball game

On Monday, Feb. 24, former Beloit Junior-Senior High School standout Haleigh Pearson’s current college team, the Newman Jets, won 7-6 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the Minot State Beavers.

The game took place at Gahnstrom Field. This was their first matchup against the Beavers this season.

The Jets’ next game is scheduled for Tuesday, Feb. 25 at 2 p.m. at NU Softball Field against Northwestern Oklahoma Rangers.
